Q1:How to pay?

You can pay by T/T, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL or BANK TRANFER, etc.

Q2:Can I change the delivery address after payment?

A:If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we suggest you cancel your order and reorder.Otherwise if the order is already with rider, then we are unable to change the address, please also contact us.

Q3:When will my card be charged for my order?
A:Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Q4:Which credit cards do you accept?
A:We currently accept the following credit cards on www.eurocarparts.com, in our retail stores and on telephone orders – Mastercard, VISA, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron

Q5:When will my card be charged for my order?
A:Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

 

Q1. When my order will be shipped?

A:Normally, Sample order cost 1-7 days,  mass production time needs 7-30 days, We also can talk about the lead time for special items

Q2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.  Special Logistic and Sea Transportation are also optional. We can do the best to select the best delivery terms for your order.

A:The MOQ is 01-10pc per order.Different products and different quantities

Q2How do I know the specification/ Size/ quality of the product?

A:For quality:Before you buy, you can also refer to product details completely. You can also check rate of a product.For Condition and brand:We are devoted to provide our customers 100% genuine products and related policies are enforced. Please contact us via YF041211@163.com if you find any sub-standard products from our platform.

Q3: Could you please send me the free sample, so that I could see and check its quality?
A: Yes. We can send you free samples first, if the value is low. But our clients should pay for the shipping freight themselves.
Samples fee needs to be charged if the value is high.

Q4: Can you accept OEM and ODM order?
A: Yes. We are able to complete your OEM and ODM orders. We have large quantities of led products in stock for normal models. For

special models, it will takes some time to customize them.
